Born in Hoboken, Bob founded his boutique company in 1969 to cater to the unique needs of the county he was born and raised in. With involvement in over ten thousand real estate transactions over the years, Bob's handled residential, industrial/ commercial, condo/coop conversions, land, office, retail and investment properties.

Bob is a three-time Hudson County "Realtor of the Year" award recipient and past president of both the Hudson County MLS and the Liberty Board of Realtors.  In 2004 he received the new "Legend" award recognizing him for his outstanding real estate career.
